I could not reproduce the issue with Razer Synapse 2.20 + mouse Deathadder Elite on Windows 10

Windows 10, razer synapse 2.20 + razer blackwidow ultimate, razer cortex 7.2.53.55

When I start the game on steam for the first time with razer synapse and razer cortex, the game will not launch. It will saying on steam that I'm playing it for about 10 sec, and then go back to online status. I have to close this programs and then launch the game. If the game will start I can quit ...
