Stack Inserters (and stack filter) not transferring consistently through rail cars. When feeding items off a train the items are transferred through the rail car bus properly, but when an item is placed into the rail car bus through an assembler the item gets ignored by inserters. https://s14.postim...

I figured out that cargo wagons can balance on two tracks, placement is a little tricky but the ability to place 4 stack inserters between the wagons is a great way to move items.
