Latest version. No mods. Fluid handling gone . Have Pump jacks, storage, advanced refining. No barrel car, only crude can be barreled. Tried the console unlock for fluid handling, didn't work. Cheats not enabled. Only some robotics blue tech left to unlock.. Can't move lite oil or gas except by pipe ...
