Thanks for the response. I'll try to re-create the crash and get a process dump. Though I'm concerned that the process won't appear in my task manager after the crash. It appeared to terminate entirely after the crash.

I experienced a crash while exiting from the main menu. I clicked on a window on a second monitor after pressing exit in Factorio but before the Factorio window closed. I was in borderless full screen. Log file follows, sensitive items have been redacted:
