For some reason me and my 2 friends are trying to all get on a multiplayer map. But it keeps desyncing us and not allowing us to even craft a pick. Any help?

I dont know what Im suppose to log into when filing this form out. But I have tried logging into steam and my factorio account both I had no luck with. Please help
