I just installed 0.14.23. There is no mods folder, just a shortcut, which doesn't go anywhere (when I double-click it, it says "The item 'mods' taht this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?"). Wha...
