Just wanted to ask if this is a mod issue or something i am doing wrong.
Wanted to run server, but when i want to load it up i get this error and server refuses to start.

it is a mod problem, it looks like when in the mod i chose auto research it just kept displaying the same value on the top screen. i apologize and hope i do not make people angry about this
will try to contact mod creator if possible
