could it be that i have 2 config files in 1 folder?

Hey all.

Everytime i startup Factorio i get this message
It means that i cant get high settings in graphics and if i do set it to high then the game has to restart before appliying, but the i get that message.

it is the 0.15.x Experimental

Please help.
