I have been offered to play the new train tutorials twice while playing. However, both times I was busy playing and didn't want to stop to play a tutorial.

I have hunted through all the menus. How do I run one of the train tutorials on demand?

Some may disagree, but I think it's a bug that clicking on a required science kit in the tech tree doesn't take you to the technology that unlocks that science.
