Can this mod be modified to lay refined conrete instead of normal one?

I am having some problems with requester chest.

Setup is as follows - I am putting grenades into chests (yellow or red) and I am requesting grenades about 5-6 roboport distance away (all ports are in same network and have log bots inside). Yet the bots will not move grenades.

What I am doing wrong?
