I'm using Windows and a steam license of Factorio, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game a few times and tried manually updating the game through the in game UI, and the Mods option in the main menu. What am I doing wrong?

Can't figure out how to update from version 0.14.23, I have a steam license.

I've uninstalled a number of times and tried updating within the game itself, but I'm at a loss.
