I had the same problem with 0.15.0 (haven't tried with 0.15.2) and solved it by deleting the game folder, then unzipping it again (with 7-zip) and finally starting the game as Administrator. Steps one and two are probably not part of the workaround, but I haven't bothered to isolate the required ste...
