Have you tried using the stand-alone install experimental version from their website?
I ended up getting it working using that and disabling my anti-virus.
Still wouldn't work in Steam for me though.

I'm having the same issue.
Clearing out the logs revealed that none are generated when trying to launch 0.15.x
System Specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
20 GB RAM
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K
