Try this, covers 100% ?, the one tile unused is the tile you see me taking a weewee. Fully modular as well, just connect on the powerpoles. Add speed/prod/eff mods as you like. 2.8K on 2 belts is bad, as you can do 2.4K on ONE fully compressed blue belt (hence my post 2 topics down)
But as your new, you'll doctor new ways and angles to tackle problems, I started the same way.

Just an FYI, in my case, the stutter disappears when switching Sprite resolution from High to Normal. The game appears flawless then. As soon as I turn back to High settings, the stutter returns

Yeah, I did, small lag spikes relate to MP player games, this is a 0.15 single player ... 0.14 worked like a charm, so I just post this as 0.15 obviously changed something in SP mode... what more info you want?

Updated vid drivers, rebooted machine, problem still here... every 5 seconds it gives a mini lag spike.
