in the past weeks and months I haven't played so much Factorio. In earlier times it was no problem to catch up on servers with bigger maps, also when there was a playercount 30+. But now when I want to join the catching up bar runs in the most times backwards. Was there a update that changed ...

In my case also blueprints without rail stuff cause UPS drops.
For me it seems the size of the bp is crucial.
EDIT: ok, a big blueprint only with solar panels, accumulators and a few substation causes no lag.

Dont worry, factorio developer will do another bugfix patch in a few hours that will solve the intel problem increases CPU speed 5% to 30%.

I saw Scout 15 several times griefing around at servers.
Usually at beginning he is building a lots of radars to kill power.
As I deleted one power pole to the radars he was saying that I'm a griefer :D
You should try to kill him and keep him catched in a wall at the starting area until he leaves ...
