Could somebody help me figure out the context?

• can i set it up in some callback in control.lua etc?

• is it some game.utils. object?

More correctly this is simply the vanilla default. Mods can activate it via zoom_to_world_can_use_nightvision.

This seems unclear to me; a picture of the problem would be helpful.

Pretty sure they mean that NV equipment isn't active when in the zoomed in map view, which is just how the game works.

Old versions use to always render the zoom to world as like daytime IIRC.

Is it some new feature? Can i somehow fix it by research etc?

i am trying to make my mod working on current factorio version, but it seams there is missing player.character because of sandbox intro (exploding ship).

In my control.lua i have:

if player ...

But i dont want the mod to be relevant on current combination of other mods, because i dont know which values will be in that vars.
For me here, its better to be exact, or not updating at all i think..

before few days i started to create my first simple mod, but now when i want to change some settings, its still seems to keep old values saved in gamefile.
