Could someone confirm the same drops on his machine? Does factorio provide any way to debug tools where all processing-time get lost?

Heyho,

in hope someone could give me clue why my save constantly drops from perfectly fine fps/ups to single digits fps back to 60/60.
The save is still very early (60hours mp save).
This happens for everyone on the server at the same time.

Things i already tried:
Monitoring my pc stats - VRAM ...

I'm not quite sure which mods conflicts with this but i got this (on startup obviously)
