Note that Twitch chat uses IRC internally, and that external IRC clients can connect to it. Integrating an IRC client into Factorio would let people who stream their play sessions the ability to participate in their chat rooms without having to leave the game to do so.

I noticed it when I saw the two red science packs bunched up together, and was like "wait, that's not possible..."

I'm experiencing a bug with underground belts, wherein the belt will 'swallow' an item until another item is ready to exit the underground belt. I've included a link to a .gifv to explain what I'm seeing:
