Viewing the inventory while doing a long manual mining for a resource.
Expected behaviour:
Opening the inventory (E- window) does not affect the current mining progress.
Real behaviour:
Mining progress resets when inventory window opens.

The idea was to have the possibility to organize filled boxes at the storage.
Car takes more space and is hard to drive in tight layouts without incidental damage.

Why computing electricity every tick?
There is no need to trace every unit of electricity.
Just make computation when connecting/disconnecting poles and power consumers.
