Yeah that could be it, I have a zero mod save from the same map that has around 20hrs less playtime and that one is working just fine..^
You wouldn't happen to know if there's any fix for it?

Decided to get back into Factorio while I wait for 0.17. So I started up my save and as soon as I'm loaded in my character is invisible my inventory and tool belt are empty and I'm able to pick up things from the ground but I'm not able to place anything that I have picked up, I can still move aroun...
