So if you have any debug overlay active it will run at 60 UPS even when its just the FPS/UPS display?
Nah, I have FPS/UPS display on usually. It takes the higher level debug screen to fix it. Weird right? These 2 screen shots were taken maybe 10 seconds apart. Lower then higher UPS. Between them ...

Re: Performance weirdness
Normal screenshot. I'll try to get a shot the next time it happens. Maybe a shot when it sits at 30, then a couple after I hit f5, f6 or f7as it quickly climbs to 60? Vsync is off. Before I knew how to fix it, UPS would randomly, after another 5-10 minutes, climb again to 60 then drop again to 30 a ...

Also, between it working normally and this problem, I got a 4k second monitor that I run it on.

Performance weirdness
So, this isn't about how slow or fast the game is. It is about a weird thing I noticed since I started playing again, about a month ago.
I'll be playing at normal speed, then all of the sudden, UPS drops to 30 on the dot. Not 29. not 31. In my search to figure out what was going on, I figured out a ...

Re: Default request size vs stack size
no one wants 1 of something? i want 1 of something quite frequently.
as you said, a stack takes up a slot. so if i can't afford that slot it's a waste.
also, say a stack gets taken from storage, inserter for active provider chest activates
to fill the the total of said item in storage. all this by ...

Re: Default request size vs stack size
For almost all items it is set to the Stack Size.
The reason why it isn't for some special items like Modules is, that people complained, the Bots where delivering huge masses of Modules, before they could adjust it properly. And people didn't wan to enable "use 1 instead of stack size by default ...

Re: Default request size vs stack size
tldr Please make all default request quantities equivalent to one stack of the item.
No. Just no.
You want a default one stack because you play it that way. But some people would prefer 2 stacks. Some others would prefer 10 items, or half a stack. It all depends on the play style, and maybe the ...

Default request size vs stack size
tldr Please make all default request quantities equivalent to one stack of the item.
Example: When I request belts, it defaults to 100, which is 1 stack. Perfect, I request multiples of 100. When I request speed modules, it defaults to 10. The stack size is 50. So I request multiples of 50, but ...

Very awesome. Nuclear power is especially well done. I worked on a nuclear power plant for 6 years, and I like that the whole process is accurate, if--of course--oversimplified and gamified.

Re: Cancelling/closing the personal crafting queue
What are you crafting when you build up big crafting queue? Have you previously played other games that had lot of crafting?
I am asking because handcrafting is intentionally little bit tedious, so players are more incentivized to use automation. In your case the game fails to do that so I am ...

Cancelling/closing the personal crafting queue
When I build up a large queue, it is a pain to try to time the click correctly to start cancelling. You have to hit it perfectly. When you have the queue expanded, closing it is a pain.
