I'm so upset right now do someone knows better way to start new game? Good seed, some game changing mods or something?

Hello everyone. I accidentaly overwrote my autosave by playing multiplayer with my friend, I do not have connected game to steam and I dont know if there is something to get my old save back. I spend a lot of time on that world and I didnt realised it will overwrite. Thanks for all help .
