In vanilla it is possible to wait for 100 fish to load before launch, via a scenario softmod that periodically checks the inventory of every silo and activates the silo launch command, using control.lua.

Lol, I see upgrading the 0.6.4 game object animations is possible, but would be a ridiculous effort done manually via a mouse.
