[0.17.2] Cant delete items in map editor
When i am attempting to use the map editor, i am finding that my "player/editor" inventory continually fills up with the random stuff that am placing both onto the ground and into chests. When i was using the old map editor, there was an actual delete-item hotkey. It seems that this hotkey...

Re: Map Editor - It's Own Map
I saw that the map editor loads heck of a lot faster now in 0.15. For that i want to issue you guys(devs) my many many thanks. Now, how about the ability to zoom out just as far as while in game? Also, can we please place items down using a sorty of selecting box to copy and paste entities down? LIk...

Re: [0.15.1][Twinsen] Having Slight Micro Shuttering.
I too am experiencing the stutter you guys are talking of, and i know that right now my game is set to ram usage: all. When i get off work, i will update to the workaround yall are indicating and try that out to see if the stutter goes away. EDIT: I went home at lunch time and while i dont always ex...

Is this still the case? Do i need to place my heatpipes from near the reactor to away from the reactor?

Underground Pipe Planner
I think a really nice tool to get implemented into the game would be a tool that is similar to how the railway planner works but instead it could be for underground pipes and regular pipes(just at the corners). I dont know how hard something like this would be to implement, but it would work similar...

Re: MAP EDITOR - ITS OWN MAP
So, your motivation for wanting the minimap in the map editor is to see the map without having to scroll around and visit it because scrolling around is too slow due to it generating the map? You do realize the minimap only shows generated chunks right? It would take the exact same amount of time t...

Re: Water temperature difference
I wonder with the introduction of non-flow through boilers, new pumps, and fluid train wagons in vanilla we will see a better implementation of the fluid flow and how it works. What worries me is the introduction of 'heat' pipes as the workaround to re-working fluid to have it make sense...Any updat...

Re: [0.13] Make inserter stack bonus individually configurable
Hi, so i followed into that thread linked directly above and it was a 'blab' from dev Twinsen, his words, not mine ;-). Anyway, he says not to take his blab seriously. So im wondering, seriously, are we going to see any changes discussed inside this thread in 0.15 (that is due out soon now)?? Any in...

Re: Friday Facts #180 - Map interaction
While we are on the topic of maps, can we get some type of large overview map for the map editor? Right now when you zoom out in the map editor it doesnt zoom very far out and it takes like 15 or 20 minutes to scroll around to determine if i'd like to use this freshly generated map. With a larger ma...

Map Editor - It's Own Map
I was wondering if you guys could implement a 'mini-map' and map-screen for the map editor. Right now, when one zooms out in the map editor as far as one can, it causes the map scrolling to become very slow. I know this is inherent to terrain generation...But zoomed out all the way is barely a fract...
