Yes, the spots stay at 100% minimum currently. But they start at much higher amounts depending on my world-gen-settings and they also output more if I'm right. My question is if it would be possible to set it to 1000% permanently which would output 10/s or am I talking ...

I am using Angels-Infinite-Ores together with RSO. It gives me infinite ore and oil patches. However oil will go down to 1/s which I'm not satisfied with.
