So I was thinking, and how about blimps that you would place around the out-skirts of your factory to collect and dissolve pollution, kind of like the Ozone Maker from Anno 2070. I thought it could be a late game item maybe, 5-by-3 tiles and it took coal to float around and suck up pollution ...

A really hard to make way of power that takes a lot of material but has a huge amount of power output? It would take 5 different place able parts that had to be places a certain way.
