I use OSX Mavericks (10.9.4).
So, it seems the bug occurs only in Mavericks.
Unfortunately, factorio.app exits without any logs, and Console.app shows 'Exited with code: 255' when factorio.app exits.

Hi. I found this error occurs when system language is Japanese.
Go to "System Preferences > Language & Region > Preferred language", then set English as a primary language.
This will fix the issue. :)
