Re: Train Movement

Is this the popup you got?

I tried crashing it too. It only does this when I'm pressing down on the W key all they way to the end. If I let it go and let it slow naturally to the end, it seems okay.

Re: A/Or machine/machine chain to control/reduce pollution

I get the gist, but by what means of "cleaning" do you have in mind. I would assume that this machine would have some sort of intake "fan", but after that, would it have a permanent air filter, or would it also need a water intake and a fine mist dispersed inside the machine abso...

Re: Liquid production

Here's mine, and the layout is just crazy as heck, or at least a good joke. It includes both types of cracking, lubricant, sulfur, acid, and plastic production. That top row of assembly machines is meant for Processing units later on.

Re: First bluepot factory

Do you need some ideas for a good layout. Go to the "Show Your Creations" section of the forum. You could also go through some of my posts; I think I have a few good ideas. One thing that could use to its full potential is your oil. You have 3 Pumpjacks and 2 Refineries. You could easily h...

Re: My base

Holy Blank Batman, that is some serious dedication you got. I don't have the patience for that. I will say though that the actual manufacturing section (not including oil processing and oil-based goods) of your entire factory seems small, so it doesn't look like you're taking all the advantage you c...

Re: Basic Assembly Line

I really like Arumba's vids too. He does his best, keeping it real, but I noticed a few things about your factory that could be a bit better (if that is offensive in any way, I apologize in advance). 1. Those belts that come from the mines and into the furnaces; why didn't you use underground belts ...

Re: Can you show off your best setups?

I have the Dytech Mod installed, but this should do fine. Just replace that stone and stone gear line with the iron gear production line, using a splitter, and now you have everything set up for your science.

Re: Anyway to stop production

Have that certain factory that you want to stop production by having one and only one electric pole connected to the main electricity supply i.e. a pole system that is connected to the power source(s). All you have to do then is disconnect the pole that connects that specific factory to the main lin...

This would allow for that future expansion you had in mind. FYI, it takes Steel Plate, Stone Brick, and Advanced Circuit to create electric furnaces, so make sure you have each of these components automated in some way in order to have the material easily.

Re: Fractal mine for super-high output

You don't need such a sophisticated design. A bunch of miners around a winding conveyor belt should do just fine. No T-Intersections; all you have to deal with is the corners.

Arumba didn't complete the entire campaign, but at least there's a hint. With enough luck, we can find someone else who can finish the entire campaign.
