It's not realy a Junktion. More a Roundabout at the end of my Train Bus, with some turnoffs.

Factorio can only use 1 CPU at a time. With load balancing on 8 CPUs, that is an average of 12.5%.

Bots and trains are pretty efficient. It's just as likely that something else is slowing down your game. We would need your save and mod list to confirm.

According to the Task Manager its even 15 ...

Could you tell what the main Bottleneck of massive Bot Factories?
Storage management, with bots you constantly put tiny amounts of items in storage and take them out again.

And why is none of my CPU cores usage at 100%?
Because your OS performs load balancing.

My Framerate dropped from 42 to about 33 FPS after my latest addition of a new Bot Red Circuit Factory Complex.
It has been dropping a lot after the addition of new factories.
