getting the error when updating from 0.10.6 to 0.10.7.
Must admit i have the NL file from version 0.10.2 installed.

I had an issue to on WIN 8 so i needed to replace a file in the C:\Program Files\Factorio\data\core\locale\nl (if standard installed) file "item-names.cfg " needs to be replace from an 0.10.2 version downloaded from the site.
It works now. It's very wierd cause the coding is the same in both ...

like i said, the errorr is in EVERY language file. if its dutch or english, they ALL display the same error notification.
i checked both config files and everyone of them is showing the '=' symbol. so i don't know which line i need to change.
the thing is that bothers me is the path it shows.

what i've noticed is that placing effectivity modules into structures also lowers significantly polution.
i had a place with 8 electronic drills and about 20 cubes red polution around it, it went back to plus minus 8

and on the production bar which is 25% give or take means i have plenty power spare to increase my power usuage for 75% more right?
currently 25% 2.9MW power left for my total capabilities is 11.6MW.
3*2.9= 8.7MW (that is the 75% left) + 2.9MW = 11.6MW total power capability

okey so if i understand correctly; (i'm not talking about accumilators.)
- full consumption bar means i'm using 100% avaible power i'm producing from steam engines.
- a half consumption bar or 75% = means im lacking 50% / 25% power needed for my structures which are using power.

Ale poles are connected, i use the north of my base for power production, guid with a couple large poles to my base, extend from there with large poles to the south where my ore harvesting is happening, everything is connected
