I noticed this too and I agree it feels off. You might not be aware that the Shift+Alt+Scroll will change the quality when the item is in your cursor, but I still agree it feels off that the "any" quality can be placed in the quickbar but does not provide some kind of auto-next-in-queue fu...

The power armor slot GUI does not scale with the rest of the GUI when setting a custom scaling per cent. It is always stuck on 100%.
