Nil, try removing all of your mods and see if it launches. If it does, try adding the mods one by one to find out which one is bad. The creator of that mod may be able to fix it if you can't.

The dark grey text color is quite hard to see in a lot of situations. Is there anyway to change it to something brighter? ie: white
