Looks like I got this same error in 0.12.8 after quitting factorio.

This feature really should be added to normal game... with fixed max health and check that it doesn't "fix" mobs or anything other strange

Adding some pavement crafting options could be easy and make game more fun.

Primary / minimal pavement addition could be just textured tiles, no functionality, can be destroyed and can be walked on. There could be some different colors / textures. Maybe wood, cobblestone, stone slabs, metal slabs ...
