Seems I was running .22 until the error. After the crash I restarted the game and had .23 running. Sorry for the confusion.

Seems to be especially bad when we use weapons. Doesn't matter if we are next to each other or way across the map. On my (somewhat better) rig it's not as bad but on my friends pc he sometimes can't even move due to huge latency gaps while firing his weapon or watching me fire mine.
