The work that have been made here by DaveMcW and XKnight is just super impressive... really.

It seems the biggest problem here is a lack of admins. People really need to be more lax about promoting players. Perhaps someone should bug the devs to add a mod rank which can only do mod commands to make it easier to promote people you don't necessarily trust.
