Well, I have seen, just for fun, if I could repair a tree that I've hit with my car. Nope. It's just a matter of the devs putting a condition on the repair action.
If item = [greenScience, redScience, blueScience]: disableRepair.

Repairing items in inventory
When holding a repair pack, you should be able to repair another item in your inventory. If that item had no damage, the objects are swapped normally.

Car is an enemy entity marker on the minimap. I'm unsure if this is intended.

Nuisance as in they take up space in the inventory and crafting area, true, but they are also necessary for early-game attacks. A recommended fix would be to waste the green ammo on a rock, or just set it down on the ground to not take up inventory.

It would make factory designs slightly more clean if we could have half or one-side splitters in the game to only pick items off the right or left sides, because I often run different items on both sides, and run into the problem where I need to end up using a filtered inserter to put it on a ...

Often I wish to let Factorio begin loading while I browse in Chrome, but the loading screen will not allow alt-tabbing or using the start button to view another program. Haven't tried ctrl-alt-del, but I assume it's the same result.
