Yeah I think we can't do anything here, there are some bugs in the dynamic calculation. We tried everything, the game always sets our max. up-/download speed to 1.2 kb/s (watched outgoing / incoming packets) right after the map download is finished, even with more than 100 mbit/s stable connections....
