From my testing, the bug ONLY occurs on GUI scale range 111%-114%. Nothing else for me is able to recreate the bug (Default 100% works fine).

I should note in your screenshot, How many electric mining drills do you have? Because the 3 looks off... Also, does this happen with other items when there is a digit of 2?

Can confirm that it DOES work when I move it up by 1 pixel. I agree that it sounds like the inverse of said bug.

Are you sure that you are updated to 0.16.30? That could be your main problem. Can we have some examples? Does this happen without mods?

I noticed similar behavior when it comes to the controls screen as well (i.e. Scroll to the very bottom and nothing works) I think it might have to do with the menus in general.
