This game is very different from minecraft the pistons idea does not really translate well since you are already given different means of controlling and managing your factories. Having pistons would provide little functionality, and what it did would be out of place.

I can't remember a gaming experience where ive been drawn into the economics but imo currency would steer this game in a different direction, not saying thats a bad thing but it could become wildly different when u can trade for resources. idk it could be implemented in a clever way to its not reall...

Wood is something that you don't need consistent large quantities of in the game so i think it wouldn't server much purpose. The Indigogo ended very short of the multiplayer stretch goal. Will you do the multiplayer anyway? Yes we will:) Epic news :D MP will be really interesting! There was one thing i was a bit disappointed with, the stopping of development in the summer, why not take the minecraft approach and continue...

Alternative power sources are needed! I think you have to balance there advantages and disadvantages but also make them fir into the technology tree well, then you cant go wrong!
