When I try to join a LAN game I get the following message:

So, when I try to join a multiplayer server, it is downloading the map etc. But at the end it doesn't say ''catching up'', and just shows the background of the main menu as shown below. I am playing on the steam version. I have tried the non-steam version, this version works just fine. But I want to ...
