I am running on a 4K screen with the GUI Interface scale set to the OS default which is 200%. Not all of the information fits on the screen.

I am having the same issue. I think that it is related to the higher resolution sprites. It goes away completely when switching from High resolution sprites to Normal. This would not expand the logistics or construction boundaries; it would only charge the logistics robots.
