is this mod dead?

i just wanna thank you for this awesome mods, i can't really play without them since i tried it so my first 0.15 play has to wait =D
im looking forward to update my italian translation too, as soon as you define all your mods and items!

update: merged the italian folder with some error correction

i just finished the localization but i can't upload it there because:

"Uploads are disabled.
File uploads require push access to this repository."

I'm actually working on italian localization of the locale mod, once finished where can i upload it to integrate in the mod?
