At the moment the UI is trivial--it's just a line of text of your choosing that's visible in the upper-left corner. I may later add an option for something more involved.

I'd really appreciate an entity type with no predefined behaviors. Right now, to create a new entity I must first look around to try to find an official entity that's somewhat close, then work around the differences. This sometimes leads to GUI elements from the behavior that don't make sense. (E.g....
