[0.18.27] Enter to confirm selected amount not working for constant combinator

Place a constant combinator. Click it to open it. Click an output signal field. In the 'set the filter' popup, click the item field, pick an item.

Now press enter.

Expected: 'set the filter' popup is confirmed and closes.
Actual: Nothing happens.

Actually, this doesn't seem so crucial now. Some time later (and presumably multiple bot deliveries later), all my logistics requests slots are now cleared.

What's clearing them?

Here's an odd bug, and I don't know if I should be reporting it here on on the main Factorio bug forums. Download and load the savegame from https://gofile.io/?c=0JH4iU. Press e. Check logistics requests: You're asking for 200 iron plate in (crucially) one of the bottom slots for logistics requests....

I've found a copy/paste bug between inserters. This is using Bob's Adjustable Inserters. I've manually set the top inserter in the screenshot to have pickup and dropoff range 2 instead of the default 1. I've run into a copy-paste bug. Is there something I can do to avoid getting into this state? Never deconstructing LTN stops with bots seems not-so-fun. 'Don't use LTN' is probably not your preferred solution. Save before every time I deconstruct a station, but that seems somewhat unwieldy. If I can't avoid getting into this state...
