Also the server didn't crash or anything.
I've rejoined and there is a ghost of myself still in the game, underneath a train (I was probably in the train when the game crashed).
The game is dsyncing frequently.
I'll leave the server running incase you want to have a look.

Noticed that the log wasn't that long, and seems to be after a restart? anyway attached factorio-previous.log as well.

Running 0.14.3 Headless server on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, two players at time of crash, both players crashed.
I was playing around with 10 odd trains or so that had jammed in a junction, the other player was playing around with rearranging some science labs.
