I like this change and can't wait for it to get live!
While reading I had one concern, what happens if a bot with some tasks in queue can't fullfill one, like no chest to drop of the tree. Will all tasks after that wait till there is space in the network again?

...But at that point, half the server stopped playing anyways because everything is so laggy and few can even handle the simulation.
A better solution would be the ability to increase the health of biters (during the scenario, outside of its entity definition), so you have fewer entities. This ...

I didn't even notice, that Steam switched factorio to none beta
I didn't see mod loading changes on the to do list, wasn't there the idea of loading mods on map load instead of game load? That would be great, as I play on multiple Servers with different mods.

I was playing modded with a friend and noticed following things that border me as technician:
1. Repair pack: "repair speed: 2" - 2 what? It should be "2 hp/s" or similar.
2. Assembler "crafting speed" similar, but it's a multiplier? "0.7x"

Don't change the current system. I don't understand what's wrong with it.

An idea for (maybe upcoming) PvP, to make sure everyone has the same chance.
The map for a PvP server is generated once and mirrored to the second team (3rd, 4th, ..?). Without visible border(s) it could make a great PvP experience.

If I rebuild the inserter and config it again everything is fine. Seems only in this save, something must went wrong before.

I hate Files being in %appdata%, I have a SSD for games, with plenty of sapce ... but here it is

I wanted to add the save, but didn't find the files. I'm using steam version, where are the autosave files?
I found the bug yesterday, tested today on released 0.13 and current 0.14.
i thought it worked 1 week ago, but not sure.
