I tryed deleting achievements.dat on local and it seems going right for me.
Now I am trying to re-earn achievements.

Hi
First, I started new game without any mods and launced satellite.
then I added some mods( OrbitalIonCannon,SatelliteUplinkStation,and more ) and continued game.
and finaly I got "Tech maniac" "Circuit veteran 3" "Computer age 3".
These three achievements are earned with mods, so These are not on ...
