Any chance we can get a way to decrease UPS without decreasing FPS? That would make debugging combinators so much easier.

We got another desync by trying to join a game that had been running a while after loading from saved game. A save + load and joining right after that solved that problem so we didn't bother to hunt for that bug at least for now.

This was the same bug as viewtopic.php?f=7&t=46009, which got fixed in 0.15.10

Can we have it so that "Use Natural Evolution Unit Launchers (Needs NE)" is disabled by default in 0.15 unless the NE mod is installed. Tracking down what was causing my game to crash when Quitting and Restarting was the most annoying thing ever when you have 80 mods.
