Failure to load game on laptop after fresh install

I recently wiped my laptop for security reasons. Reinstalled everything and for some reason, I can't get factorio to run. It goes into the loading screen and stops between 50-60%. No mods installed as it is a fresh install.

I have narrowed it down to the substations to the north of where the inserters are being made. I blueprinted it and demoed it. Replaced it and things seem to be working fine.

Playing around with some blueprints, added Mojos ME base and when I connected it to my power grid, game crashed. Attached save file.

First off, great mod! Only problem I'm having is the use of fluid tankers in .15. For some reason my trains will be dispatched properly but won't stay at the station to fill up or to drain. Is there a setting I'm missing or should it be set up just like regular cargo wagons? upon further investigat...
