founded working version 13.17 in the inet

it only log from stable
beta didnt create folder in appdata

first, i installed stable version, remove it with standart uninstall
next install latest beta, and it didnt start :(
i take the next message "boost::bad_any_cast: failed conversion using boost::any_cast"

after that i uninstall it, cleaned registry with ccleaner, install again - the same result ...
